Bennington 630 Class “A” Pumper

610

610 is a 2013 International chassis ambulance built by Lifeline Emergency Vehicles. It is a fully equipped ALS ambulance, outfitted with a Zoll X-series cardiac monitor, a Zoll Autopulse and a Stryker Power cot just to name some of the state-of-the-art equipment. It is also equipped with extrication equipment that include cutters, spreaders, and a ram.

611 is a 2008 International chassis ambulance built by Lifeline Emergency Vehicles. 620 is a 2004 Ford F-450 Quick Attack Truck built by Rosenbauer. This vehicle is equipped with a 300 gallon tank and can be used for quick attacks on structures with it’s pre- connected 1 3/4” attack line, or engage in wild-land firefighting with the booster reel or two grass lines mounted on the rear pump panel. It is also equipped with 2 Scott SCBAs and a full compliment of hand tools.

630

630 is a 2008 Spartan chassis class “A” pumper built by Rosenbauer. It is our primary pumper and responds on medical calls for personnel and is the first out fire engine on fire alarms. It is has a 7 person cab. It carries 1000 gallons of water with a 1250 gal/min pump. It has dual fold down ladder racks and carries multiple roof ladders as well as 24’ and 35’ extension ladders. There is also a thermal imaging camera on board.

640

640 is a 2000 American LaFrance class “A” pumper. We use this apparatus as a tender as it carries 1400 gallons of water. It is also our secondary pumper on structure fires. 640 is our primary pumper for vehicle accidents with a full compliment of hydraulic extrication tools and airbags.

645

645 is a 2014 International chassis tender. It is housed at our station in the Village of Washington. It carries 2000 gallons of water and has a dump tank. It is also equipped with 2 preconnected 1 3/4” attack lines. This is the newest fire apparatus in our fleet with our new paint scheme moving forward.

661 is a 2011 Chevy Suburban. This vehicle is a multi purpose vehicle that we use on a daily basis. It is equipped with lights and sirens and does respond to medical emergencies within the city limits of Bennington. It is also used for personnel attending classes or seminars.

662 is a 2004 Ford F-350. This vehicle is a multi purpose vehicle that we use on a daily basis. It is used to tow our boat for any water rescues. It is also used to haul hose to and from emergency scenes.

699 is a 2015 Ford Interceptor. This vehicle is a Paramedic Response Vehicle (PRV). It is used as a rapid response ALS unit. It is equipped with most of the equipment that is carried on our ALS ambulances.
